A New Step Towards Better Housing Conditions for Citizens: Contract Signed for the Construction of 80 New Houses and the Renovation of 20 Existing Homes
A new step towards better housing conditions for citizens: a contract has been signed for the construction of 80 new houses and the renovation of 20 existing homes.
Today, Minister Nenad Rašić signed a contract with the company responsible for implementing the project for the construction of 80 new houses and the renovation of 20 existing residential buildings.
This project is a continuation of the Ministry’s efforts aimed at improving housing conditions and providing concrete support to citizens and families in need.
Citizens who applied for this programme can expect the process to continue in accordance with the established criteria. Following the review of the applications received, the Commission determined the priorities based on the established criteria, ensuring that support is directed towards those in greatest need.
It is important to emphasise that the call for support through the construction of new houses remains open throughout the year. This enables citizens to submit their applications on an ongoing basis, which will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable criteria and available support programmes.
“We remain committed to working in the service of our citizens and responding to their needs through concrete projects. The signing of this contract represents another step in the implementation of our planned activities and demonstrates our determination to ensure that support reaches those who need it most,” said Minister Nenad Rašić.
In the coming period, the Ministry will continue implementing projects aimed at improving citizens’ living and housing conditions, through a responsible approach and continued support for families in need.
